JOB PURPOSE

Develops EPC based Site HR policy in consultation with Management and coordinates human resources activities covering the entire employee life cycle.

To drive & Implement various policies w.r.t IR & Statutory Management at site, aligning to corporate guidelines, within the approved budget in order to ensure harmony & smooth production functions in plant, safely, adhering to statutory & regulatory requirement.

Attendance & Payroll management

Grievance Cell Management

HR MIS & Documentation

Certification of Bills as per HR clearance check list

•Monitoring all site HR Function
•To handle at least 100-150 personnel at Site including Direct & Indirect.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

•Graduate with MBA/ PGD IR&PM with specialization in HR &IR
•Basic Computer Knowledge/ SAP

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•8+ years of related experience. Must show successful track record in functional area.
•Demonstrate knowledge of HR Systems and tools.
•Knowledge of standards and best practices (local/ international)
