JOB PURPOSE

To assist stores team for proper management and issuance of materials and inventory at store, adhering to the SOPs.

This position reports to Store incharge

Below activities, mainly related to Satellite Stores / Circle Stores

Periodic update on inventory, dismantled materials and utilized materials.
Entry of Material receiving and issuance in SAP and Smart EMS Portal.
Monthly Physical Reconciliation of Material and ensuring all inward/outward should match with balance inventory at each location.
Coordinate with Store In-charge and support him in Internal & External Monthly/Quarterly Audit, as and when scheduled.
Arranging local resources / labors for material management in store (Material unloading, arranging etc.).
Preparation of MIS on materials inward, outward, and returning of dismantled materials to Discom.
Interact with DEOs / SDAs and ensure all documents and material received timely and if any discrepancy found should coordinate with them for resolving.
Co-ordination with DI/ CI , Stores Incharge , supply chain team for efficient material management.
Assisting operations team in Implementation Partner’s material reconciliation, along with Satellite Stores reconciliation
Adherence of SOPs.
Support Operations team for old meter brought-in process related to material handling.
Maintain Store Hygiene.

Understanding of SAP MM module is very much desirable.
Basic Knowledge of Electrical Meters its types and other material used with meters.
Capable of maintaining records of store related activities.
Experience of conducting Material Audits.
Capable of communicating shortages/excess in material with Vendor/Implementation Partners.

Any Graduate Degree

8+ years of experience in stores material issue/receiving and inventory management.
