JOB PURPOSE

Assisting Manager stores in all activities related to Inventory management ,GRN MIS finalization perpetual inventory management and 5s activities and scrap disposal.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Ensuring strict compliances to company DOP/ SOP, IMS & other statutory Policies. Achieve Operational Excellence
Sorting of Excess inventory & to keep stock level up to date. Monthly MIS
Ensure collection of ordered materials from transporters Ensure timely availability of material
Ensure to book the consumption of issued material on daily basis Achieve Operational Excellence
Physical verification of all inventories on quarterly basis as per store manual Audit reports
Arranging local resources / labors for material management in store (Material unloading, arranging etc.) Documentation and management of materials inward and outward
Store Related PR/SES and vendor bill verification/ certification Adherence to SOPs
Proper material storage arrangement in Open Yard to identify & create more space to store heavy material Store Hygiene

 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interaction with the transporters for timely delivery of material 
Interaction with service provider for smooth operation of store activity. 
Interaction with SSC team for processing of GRN & closer of resolution (If any).
 

 

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interaction with all user depts. for execution of preservation schedule. 
Interaction with all technical departments for issuance of material and consumption posting. 
Interaction with all departments for timely resolutions of discrepancies ( if any). 
Interactions with Vendors, Local Contractors

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any Graduate Degree (Preference for candidates with material management educational background)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 5 to 7 years of experience (Preference shall be given for experience in store management
