Associate Manager - AHP

• Monitor and maintain AHP systems including slurry pumps, ash disposal systems, pipelines, and ash dyke.
• Ensure timely maintenance to prevent generation loss and ensure zero breakdowns.
• Daily and preventive maintenance activities with complete PTW closures via SAP

• Codify materials using MIDAS TOOL and update in SAP.
• Raise PRs for spare procurement and service outsourcing.
• Inspect incoming materials, approve for GRN, and ensure site reservation through SAP.
• Maintain optimal stock levels in store

• Prepare and update equipment master lists, checklists, functional locations, and PM schedules in SAP.
• Manage IMS and ORM documentation (SOPs, HIRA, JSA, AOP, etc.).
• Record and analyze equipment failures with CAPA documentation.

Vendor Management & Localization

• Develop indigenous spares and identify local vendors.
• Provide technical support to vendors for design and specification clarity.

• Safety, Compliance & Coordination
  • Ensure compliance with statutory safety standards and government/third-party requirements (e.g., EOT cranes, pressure vessels).
  • Maintain safety practices and good housekeeping in AHP areas.
  • Monitor and rectify unsafe conditions and ensure safety adherence during maintenance.
• Operations Support & Reporting
  • Coordinate with O&M teams for effective job execution.
  • Monitor water balance in the ash handling system.
  • Prepare monthly spare consumption reports and maintain equipment maintenance history
