To develop & establish HSE Management system and advice in implementation of Management system, ensuring compliances to statutory to complete the Projects Safely & in time.

Key Performance Indicators

Develop & establish Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

Preparation & establish Project HSE Plan & other documents based on Company HSE requirement and Conditions of Contract on Safety, Health and Environment and Safety, Health and Environment Manual of DFCCIL. and implement EHSQ Policy, Manual, Procedures and guideline


OHSAS 18001

OHSAS 18001 certification


Assist in Audits, trainings and Project sites for implementation of OH&S Management system

OHSAS 18001 certificate

Assist to maintain Lost work day case frequency rate


Provide technical support, guidance to the projects and prepare Emergency prepedness & response plans

Facilitate and conduct HSE awareness Trainings through Internal /External faculties

Monitor the Statutory requirements ( Legal Register)

Statutory requirements

MIS management-

Monthly preparation & presentation of relevant MIS report to the management. This would involve compiling and analysis of data (for instance Incident frequency rate, training coverage, Inspections, etc.) capturing reasons for deviations & action points

•Engineering degree / Diploma with specialization in Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety Management ( AICTE Approved)

•6-8 years ( Minimum 4 years HSE experience in EPC business in Highways/Railways
