JOB PURPOSE

The Head - HSE is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and oversight across all Environment, Health and Safety domains to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainability in plant operations. The incumbent develops policies, monitors execution, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and build a strong EHS culture across all functions and levels.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • B. Tech Mechanical

Diploma in Industrial Safety OR Environment Management

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 15 to 20 years or more with specific experience of 10 years in the Environment/Climate Change/Sustainability

Knowledge:

  • Sound knowledge on environmental legal compliances and environment clearances.
