JOB PURPOSE

Driving & taking care of maintenance planning and MIS function effectively with systematic approach in order to improve plant reliability and O&M cost optimization

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Management Information System

Maintain and monitor daily/periodic MIS reports

Ensure data security, accessibility, and compliance

Coordinate with stakeholders and validate data

Prepare reports for board, MRM, DMRAM

Adhere to IMS standards

Maintenance Planning

Support audits and CAPA compliance

Conduct daily planning meetings

Generate reports (planning, delays, critical spares)

Maintain purchase records and invoice closures

Develop AOH/COH and RCA reports

Comply with AMS-55001:2014 standards

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interaction with clients as per the requirement.

 

Interaction with Equipment supplier to test the equipment fidelity.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • Interact with Head on a regular basis to understand the priorities and work accordingly.
  • Interaction with team members and other department person’s regular basis.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

    Tight schedule has been prepared in order to complete the project on schedule
    Highlighting the Critical Areas to the Management well in advance to avoid any slippage in the Schedule 

OTHER DIMENSIONS

Need to have good communication skills in Hindi , English and preferably in regional language

Needs to have good learning skills to grasp new assignments

Preferably good at presentation preparation and delivery.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Tech /M.Tech

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

2-5 years of experience in thermal power plant
