JOB PURPOSE

Lead the store team ensuring inventory level, classifying ABC ,XYZ and nonmoving and slow moving item .Timely closing Good receipt note after inspection of materials  clearing all inventory related invoices ,scrap dispossl , managing perpetual inventory management.
Executive warehouse operation in following standards OHSAS 18001:2007 ,  ISO 9001:2015  ISO 14001:2015 , AMS 55001 , & SA8000 and fulfil all compliance to the obligation against these standards.
Maintain Warehouse in 5S philosophy.

Maintain hygiene & Infrastructure of stores owned & surrounding area (Main Warehouse/Hydrogen Cylinder shed/ Oil Shed/Extension Store 1 To 7 / Scrap Yard / Open Yard). Achieve operational Excellence/ All material in serviceable condition.
Propose and achieve System Improvement plan and applicable SAP modification for effective stores operation.      Achieve operational Excellence
   

Key Accountabilities – Occupational Health Safety & Environment

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
•    Knowledge of OHSAS & EMS and QMS( Integrated Management System), Onsite emergency preparedness plan Compliance with environmental norms, LTI FR rate
Knowledge of Fire detection system, Environment monitoring system Attending EHS trainings as per TNI matrix
Understand and perform the Permit To Work system requirements Reporting SOS, EHS observations  and near misses
•    Conversant with Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Aspect Impact assessment methodology Timely completion of CAPA

Conversant with preparation of Safe operating procedures.

Familiar with Investigation of incident, prepare RCA and CAPA 

Ability to conduct Safety walks and inspections 

Ability to execute Vision Zero Harm

Contractor's EHS performances

Number of Safety Walks, audits conducted jointly with EHS team

No of Trainings/ Toolbox talks conducted
