Associate Manager - SCE Gate Operation

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for various Operations at Dam of Hydroelectric Plant to maintain safe and optimal water levels  in accordance with river inflows and generation schedule.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

External - Roles  you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Interact with external consultants, Vendors / contractors during O&M phase.
Interaction with local stakeholders during emergencies.
 

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Internal - Roles

Interact with Power House Control Room maintaining safe levels and scheduling
Reporting manager, team members .
Dam Security 
Technical services team and Stores Department.
 

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

• Should have work experience in project Management / execution of Infrastructure projects, Public utility Building                

        or Institutional Buildings with a minimum project value of 200 Cr

OTHER DIMENSIONS

• To handle a team of 5 plus
• Sound leadership skills with emphasis on team building, communication skills.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 8+ total years of experience with at least 5 years of work experience in Hydro Power Plant.
