JOB PURPOSE

To provide the executive decision support to CDO and also support CDO in achieving business and operational results in DIAL.

To provide the executive decision support to CDO and also support CDO in achieving business and operational results in Execution of Projects. This position is responsible to monitor and map the project progress and red flag the deviations in respect of timelines, quality, etc. to the CDO. Responsible to track & facilitate interventions such as 5s, BE, Knowledge Management etc. Contribute in preparation of Annual Operating plan, MIS, Implementation of Strategic Objectives, Weekly/Monthly Progress review reports, Audit reviews, Business reviews, Risk register, Risk analysis & mitigation plans etc

Preparation of presentations and Reports for Internal review meetings (DMD, BCM, GCM, ED,CEO Review) and External meetings. Assist planning team in updating PM Tool. Ensure data availability and accuracy for CDO review.

Ensure monitoring and follow up on the actions points as per agreed time lines by the departments

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Engineer with MBA with required business acumen, people management, team work, financial acumen related skills

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • High level of Emotional maturity, Integrity, Confidentiality
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Minimum of experience is about 7 to 10 years with at least 2 to 3 years in assisting Top Management of large organizations.
