JOB PURPOSE

Implement and Improvement in Key Process under Project Management for efficient reporting and Updates. Ensure creation of Project Frame Work for End to End Solution meeting Internal/ External Customer expectations and Business Needs. Overall responsibility to execute and Manage IT projects is major deliverables

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators

 Project Management and Planning for Airport IT systems 
 Experience Airport IT design, Installations, Testing, ORAT & Handover. 
 Project Execution (Large IT projects under CAPEX) to support Business and operational sustenance . 
 Build the execution team  Establish Project scope, objectives, specifications and quality Criteria. 
 To ensure Manage deliverables according to the plan. 
 Lead and manage the project team. 
 Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans. 
 Liaison with program management/PMO/EPC/PMC and related agencies to 
 ensure that work will execute in control environment. 
 Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective 
 action where necessary. 
 Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and  standards. 
 Analyzing and managing project risk timely. 
 Provide status reporting of project activities against the program plan or 
 schedule. 
 Coordinate with IT contractors and ensure assigned work shall be 
 completed on time. 
 Responsible for overall project delivery and closure. 
 Vendor Management 
 To ensure completion of detail designing in coordination with EPC/ Consultant design vendor. 
 To be responsible and accountable for the proposed communication, Security& peripherals systems solution to support design & Integration. 
 To Support design team in understanding the technical risks, dependencies and issues.

 Coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure readiness of all Airport IT systems. 
 Managing Installation reports and necessary documentation. 
 Identify project Risks, issues and mitigate timely without impacting the Project timelines. 
 Coordinate Internal resources and third parties /vendors for the flawless Execution projects. 
 Successful project handing over to the operation team. Provide regular updates to the senior managements. 

100% Delivery & Readiness of Airport IT systems within defined timelines and Cost.
Support in Transition management:- 
 Provide knowledge transfer between project team and operation team. 
 Documentation relating to maintenance of the product(s) or service(s) been delivered to and accepted by, operations team. 
 Arrange training for operation team against Installed IT Systems. 
To be measured on successful handover to operation.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science/electronics & Communications

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  •  15+ years’ experience in IT project management experience.
     Preference for Airport IT Project implementations.
