JOB PURPOSE
SF Transformation & Techno-functional lead with in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in implementing Successfactors (preferably all modules) and integrating with other HCM systems/products

This position will report to Lead - SF Transformation & Techno-Functional
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for Hire 2 Retire processes.
•Transforming business requirements and arrive at best fit solutions leveraging Successfactors capabilities and integration methodologies.
•Troubleshooting and resolving legacy issues of SAP HCM.
•Understand and quickly adapt to the current processes, technical framework and bridge the gaps wherever required.
•Resolve integration/data replication issues.
•Collaborating with various vendor teams and lead all transformational changes end to end.
•Designing people analytics/power BI reports as per business needs.
•Perform tasks like data migration and integration related enhancements whenever needed.
•Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, custom developments, system processes, user manuals for training.
•Effective and regular reporting to the management about project updates and impediments.

Full time post-graduation in any specialization
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Seasonal professional having extensive experience (min. 10 years) working as a techno-functional consultant in various industry groups/domains.
Strong understanding of HR processes, ITIL framework and should be flexible to work in agile model.
Working experience in any other HRMS solutions/products (like Workday, People Strong, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, effective time management and flexible to manage multiple priority tasks in a dynamic environment with ever changing business requirements.
