JOB PURPOSE

To drive Non-Aero revenues through digital marketing and partnerships. Execute the online marketing calendar through effective digital consumer marketing programs and alliances / partnerships with online sites ( like Makemytrip, Yatra etc ) , tourism companies and governmental tourism arms and to monetize the DIAL website through effective web contracts.

The incumbent will contribute to the organization’s growth by increasing revenue from Line Maintenance, Airline Space Management (Office space, Airside space, AEMB, Regulatory offices at Terminal Building etc. Responsible for Airline Account Management and Customer Relationship Management.

  • Enhancing the Revenues through new business opportunities with the existing concessionaires.
  • Key Account Management, Receivable Management, Contract Compliance.
  • Ensuring the revenue targets as prescribed by the management are achieved.
  • Supporting in execution /completion of the strategic initiatives as decided by the management.
  • Ensuring the safe and secure operations at are adhered all times.
  • Define / Streamline/ Improvise on different processes and ensure they fit into Business Excellence / Integrated Management System framework

Airline Account Management Act as the GHIAL SPOC for addressing the requirements & concerns from the Customers i.e. Domestic & International Airlines and other customers. Adherence to timelines, SOPs
Ensure smooth airline start-up by apprising and supporting the airline with all the requirements/ Mandates from various Agencies/ Departments for smooth launch of operations. Successful launch as per SOP
Renewal, Upkeep and Documentation of various agreements between GHIAL & Customers/ Vendors Adherence to timelines
Define / Streamline/ Improvise on different processes and ensure they fit into Business  Successful completion as per agreed standards
Maintain strong relationships with the existing customers through periodic meetings,  Satisfaction Scores
Successful implementation of customer events such as new airline launches/new route launches/MOU Signing /Other departmental events. Adherence to timelines
 
Audit Compliance for all Internal/ External audits related to the department. Compliance with audit Guidelines
Successful and timely closure of all invoices, procurements, payments, credit notes etc. as per SOP Adherence to timelines
End to end allocation of New / Additional Space, as per the requirement from Customers as per SOP Adherence to timelines

Ensure closure of observations/ Action points from various means viz. Audits, survey feedback etc.

Communication & Co-ordination with different agencies for any adhoc requests from various GHIAL/ GMR departments. Successful completion within the agreed timelines

Preparation of AOP and monitoring of AOP Performance parameters
 
Timely MIS reports and Analysis.

Receivable’s Management Ensure receiving payments on time, from all Airlines, Concessionaires, PGA (Participating Govt Agencies) Customers.  Collection Efficiency. % outstanding Vs AOP

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA/Post Graduate in Marketing/International Trade/Finance/ operations from reputed B-Schools

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Up to 10 years’ Aviation experience, Airline Experience, Ground Operations.
