JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will contribute to the organization’s growth by increasing revenue from Line Maintenance, Airline Space Management (Office space, Airside space, AEMB, Regulatory offices at Terminal Building etc. Responsible for Airline Account Management and Customer Relationship Management.
- Enhancing the Revenues through new business opportunities with the existing concessionaires.
- Key Account Management, Receivable Management, Contract Compliance.
- Ensuring the revenue targets as prescribed by the management are achieved.
- Supporting in execution /completion of the strategic initiatives as decided by the management.
- Ensuring the safe and secure operations at are adhered all times.
- Define / Streamline/ Improvise on different processes and ensure they fit into Business Excellence / Integrated Management System framework

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA/Post Graduate in Marketing/International Trade/Finance/ operations from reputed B-Schools
- Strong data interpretation & Analytical ability
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Up to 10 years’ Aviation experience, Airline Experience, Ground Operations.
