JOB PURPOSE

To provide support to Head HR by ensuring Implementation of Talent Management initiatives and Processes, including HR operations, across the business through active participation and in close coordination with Business Heads and Line Managers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Partnering :
1. Act as central point for ALD HR Integration
2. Participate in Business Function(s) Planning & Reviews aligned to HR priorities
3. Facilitate & evolve Business Function(s) Vision / Mission & cascade it to every employee &
embed in their Goals as part of Goal Setting.

Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition:
1. Preparation of the workforce plans in line with the Strat Plan & AOP for the business and
prepare detailed talent acquisition plans.
2. Prepare HR related costing and integrate it with business AOP.
3. Preparation/vetting of JDs, evaluation of CVs, finalizing interview panels, organizing
interviews, salary negotiations, obtaining approvals for HFM, coordination with SSC for entire
talent acquisition process.
4. Maximize IJP success.
5. Rolling out on-boarding processes including pre joining & post joining induction. Obtaining
feedback from new employees on their experiences.
