JOB PURPOSE

Conducting Organization Design Studies for the purpose of manpower optimization and productivity improvement, Supervising HCM OM module SAP and Assisting in final discussion of OD studies across all the sectors in order to ensure an Effective Organization.

Organization Design Studies:

  • To carryout Organization Design Studies for recommending effective Design for various Business. Also Propose the new organization structure with the manpower numbers & assist in syndicating with concerned HOD for  implementation

SAP OM Module:

  • Supervise in maintaining accurate organizational data of manpower in SAP across the group by driving all the BHRs to follow the process during reporting changes/ transfers & new recruitments. Custodian of Organizational Data in SAP OM Module.

Response time for the change requests

No. of deviations

Manpower request Processing:

  • Assist in processing the manpower request, as required, including ERFs processing.

No. of ERFs processed in time

 Special Projects/ Initiatives:

  • Drive data sanitization across the group
  • Support for HR processes implementation
  • Analyze various MIS Reports and also create MIS as required by PHR

Data Sanitization: No. of businesses completed

Idea Factory: No. of queries clarified regarding the process

Manpower Resource Planning

  • Assist in assessing the manpower requirements (AOP) of various businesses and provide recommendations in order to finalize the Human Capital budget.
  • Assist in assessing the  manpower requirements in case of any changes in the business scenario like new projects, change in strategies, divestments etc.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • BE/ME in Industrial Engineering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Overall 2 to 3 years in Industrial Engineering
  • Relevant Exposure to SAP OM Module
