JOB PURPOSE

Fuel monitoring and  preparation of M/S apart from maintaining daily receipts and issues in SAP and ledgers for airport maintenance spares and consumables

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators

Monitoring fuel(HSD/MS/CNG) issued to   DIAL/CISF  vehicles on day to day basis.

Producing monthly consumption report   and analysis on vehicle wise consumption

Supporting stock taking activities of store

Proper preservation and safe custody of materials

Creation of SOPs,5S,MIS related documenattion

Processing of   suppliers bill

 

 

 

 * Matching data with records in daily  issue voucher and transaction data from .HPCL/IGL portal
 * SAP generated data.NIL   variance

 * As per timelines

 * FIFO,ensuring  shelf life

 * As per timelines

 * As per timelines

 

Documentation •    Maintaining and updating records of daily works executed
•    Preparation of  daily progress report 
•    Participating  with internal and external audits including updating the relevant documents
•    Issue of materials and recording
•    SHE (Safety Health and Environment) and QA / QC system and implementation under supervision.
•    SAP related works
 
Other initiatives •    Active participation in brain storming sessions of  Kaizen, BLIP & CIP
   

 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • Interact with external consultants, Vendors / contractors for smooth operation of fuel distribution and monitoring
  • Interaction with external stake holders  to understand their requirements.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Engineering/Graduate 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years  experience for diploma/Graduate.
