Key Performance Indicators

Provide thought leadership on compliances

  1. Review the existing compliances being implemented for adequacy or to introduce any new requirements.
  2. Keep track of industry best practices in compliance tracking & implement those suitable / requirement for the Group.
  3. Facilitate deliberation and debate on change in law and its impact on the Group & take necessary steps to adapt.

 

  1. Provide guidance and support for rectification of existing system /tool OR

Implement a new compliance tool;

  1. Addressing the issue raised by E & Y during their Audit;
  2. To check overlapping of the departments and rectify it e.g. Various Account departments are there for a single entity;
  3. Multiple tasks for same event- Tasks to be aligned as per requirement.
  4. Various non-functioning units (closed units) are mapped in system e.g. closed DFCC units and companies which have been merged/transferred are mapped in system.
  5. Resolving day to day affairs of entities wrt wrong mapping of the tasks;
  6. Replacement of old users with new users etc.,
  7. Tasks related to specific laws need to be mapped in name of relevant function.
  8. Co-coordinating and resolving issues to its logical conclusion with Business SPOC, when they demanded deletion of tasks.
  1. Implementation of Legal and Regulatory Compliances tool across all business sectors in the group.
  1. Ensuring/ monitoring 100% reporting in tool;
  2. Reviewing and monitoring Dashboards, Reports and Certificate of Compliances;
  3. Provide the MIS/ timely report on usage of tool;
  4. Send reminders to function heads and users on non-compliance and non-reporting;

 

  1. Keep the tool legally updated

 

  1. Identification of applicable laws and statutes (in consultation with function head) in various businesses and their mapping in the Compliance tool;
  2. Tracking legal updates for tool, implementation of new legislation in tool on request of function;
  3. Legal updates- Old/obsolete laws and data need to clean and relevant updates need to be updated in consultation with function.
  4. Ability to check the updation of tool and get confirmation from function head for timely legal updates in tool.
  1. Monitor the requirement of periodic training, and organising and facilitating the training sessions;

 

  1. Providing timely trainings to all stakeholders at group level on requirement basis;
  2. Periodic Training on tool to new users on request of functions;
  3. Coordinating with Compliance Agency/Legasis and Business Sector Teams for day to day issues and updates pertaining to the Portal, resolve day to day affairs of all the functions;
  1. Implementation of new entities in Compliance tool;
  1. Price negotiation and Contract negotiation;
  2. Removal and replacement of users in the tool;
  3. Resolving invoice related issues,
  4. To act as a bridge between the Group and Compliance tool.
  1. Overall monitoring of the Audit
  1. Monitoring the audit process of the tool;
  2. Prepare report on Audit basis;
  3. Mitigate the gaps.
  1. Support to Group Compliance Council (GCC) and new initiative
  1. To brief the GCC about the issues faced;
  2. Discuss the feasible solution with GCC for successful implementations tool;
  3. External intelligence.
