Junior Manager - Corporate Affairs

JOB PURPOSE

This is a significant role at the execution front for accomplishment of tasks / CR activities which requires consistent pursual with Statutory Authorities for enabling hassle free business operations. The primary purpose of this role is to augment relationship with Statutory Departments and Government Agencies and to derive their continued support to operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensuring timely approvals and NOCs from various departments to facilitate execution / operation.
  • To liaise with revenue authority for early approval of awards and afterwards to liaise with local residents for Hassel free possession of acquired land.
  • To liaise with concerned departments for Utility Shifting, early approval of estimates and subsequently involving in shifting of the same.
  • To liaise with forest department for approval of forest clearance and cutting of trees at earliest
  • Coordination with concerned authorities for obtaining various approvals towards fulfilling statutory obligations as per Concession Agreement
  • To liaise with Police and Health department for developing and maintaining prompt emergency services during execution / operation
  • To lead the ERP (Emergency Response Protocol) team for traffic management and safety of the users and workmen on the Project Highway as and when required
  • Through frequent road shows, leaflets, variable message boards, this also include educating road users regarding modes of payment (Toll), customers services, location of facilities, recovery facilities, medical facilities, parking, road signs and safety aspects
  • Resolving the customer complaint in line with project objectives and maintaining the complaint register/response log

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate or Post Graduate

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

PGraduate in any discipline with 8-10 years of experience in corporate relations/ PRO / Liaisoning preferably in Highway/Railway industry
