MBA (Full Time) in HR or PG Diploma in Labour Laws 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

6 - 12 years of Business/ Plant HR experience in large companies  (reputed for HR best practices desirable). Hands on experience in HR Operations, Payroll/Compliances role (end to end HR practices/ know-how)
