JOB PURPOSE
• Develop and Deliver AVSEC, Cargo and DGR Trainings
• Establish and maintain relationships with business units

Diagnose learning solution w.r.t Aviation Security & DGR Trainings Or any other Trainings as per Regulatory / IATA / GMR AA requirements, recommend and design, develop and deliver innovative solutions, consistently achieve excellent customer satisfaction at all levels. | Ongoing |
Ensure that changes to the business environment are analyzed and recorded and Training Programmes contents are updated so as to ensure learning solutions remain current and valid. | Ongoing |
Assist Marketing Team with marketing ideas, plan | Ongoing |
Ensure cost efficiency by adhering to the agreed budget and identifying and implementing cost-effective work practices | AOP vs Actual |
