JOB PURPOSE

•            Develop and Deliver AVSEC, Cargo and DGR Trainings

•           Establish and maintain relationships with business units

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Ensure that assigned Training Programmes / Projects are delivered on time, within Budget, in adherence with quality standards and meet customer expectations.  Actual vs. planned
Diagnose learning solution w.r.t Aviation Security & DGR Trainings Or any other Trainings as per Regulatory / IATA / GMR AA requirements, recommend and design, develop and deliver innovative solutions, consistently achieve excellent customer satisfaction at all levels. Ongoing
Ensure that changes to the business environment are analyzed and recorded and Training Programmes contents are updated so as to ensure learning solutions remain current and valid.  Ongoing
Assist Marketing Team with marketing ideas, plan Ongoing
Ensure cost efficiency by adhering to the agreed budget and identifying and implementing cost-effective work practices AOP vs Actual
Maintain all Training records up to date and file Returns as per Regulatory / Audit, IATA and ISO requirements Nil Observations from Regulator
