JOB PURPOSE

The person in this post will be responsible for monetization revenue targets by driving Commercial office space leasing at Aerocity in Delhi through the monetization of Aerocity Marketing Assets. In addition, this person would be in charge of leading marketing and branding initiatives for self-development project at Aerocity Delhi including utilization of digital asset creation and on ground firsthand involvement for the commercial project.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assistance in Prospect Generation - IPC Engagement and RFP management

  • Support in increasing the prospect base for commercial office space leasing
  • Relationship building with IPCs & Local Commercial Brokers to generate prospects and business opportunities
  • Effective utilization of Trade bodies memberships through promotions, sponsorship, events etc.
  • Use online research tools to generate prospective leads

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate (Preferably BE/B.Tech) with an MBA.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

 

  • 8-10 years of grade A Commercial Office Leasing experience
  • Experience in supporting closure of leasing transactions
  • Existing network with channel partners/CRE occupier representatives
  • Good inter-personal skills and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
