Manager - MEP

JOB PURPOSE

Design review and execution of Civil/ Structure works in coordination with other stakeholders and ensuring implementation of the same with highest safety & quality standards within specified timelines and cost.

Manager – MEP (For Infra Works): Aerocity expansion works are being undertaken for Gateway and Downtown districts having 160 Acres of development land. He will be also coordinating the various stakeholders for the Optimization & Standardization of MEP equipment design during Project development to ensure ease of maintenance and participate in design workshops, review DPRs along with Design & projects team to bring out the maintenance perspective.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

BD Support: support BD and Procurement team in arriving budgetary cost of MEP Infra development works in Aerocity, Delhi. Supporting compliance team to obtain preliminary regulatory and statutory approvals and / or clearances for firefighting, CTE and electrical systems.

Design Management: To ensure completion of designs by reviewing design concepts, DBRs, BoQ checking of MEP items etc. for Aerocity MEP infra development works.

Procurement Management: Coordinate and assist procurement team with technical and commercial inputs in tendering, bidder evaluation and supplier finalization.

Construction Management: Aerocity expansion works are being undertaken for Gateway and Downtown districts having 160 Acres of development land. He will be responsible for the site execution of MEP works including Electrification and Cabling for the common areas, upgradation of existing substations at utility building, IT trunk cabling , Tap offs to various assets, water pipelines , sewer lines, irrigation lines, etc. The appx estimate of these works is approx. 50 - 70 Cr. (approved in AOP)

To ensure timely approvals from Regulatory Authorities

To ensure zero non-compliance to Statutory requirements, satisfying all stake holder requirements

Timely support to Procurement team for finalization of capable Contractor / Supplier

• Completion of projects as per timelines, Quality compliance, Safety, Health and Environment compliance. Stakeholder satisfaction

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

To Handle CAPEX works of Rs. 50- 40 Cr. / year or above

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate: Preferably Electrical stream of BE / B.Tech.                            

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8~12 years of experience in MEP works.
