JOB PURPOSE
Project Integrator will be associated with all the projects and shall be responsible to develop project execution strategy for each site in coordination with Chief Development Officer and his team, develop and monitor adoption of AOP, Strategic Initiatives, create action plan to suit each project’s strategic initiatives, develop matrices of Project health and performance criteria which can be used for the purpose of preparation of senior management review process, ensure implementation of all the project related “stage gates” management direction from BCM, Sector Head Construction & PMO. Support PMO in developing a project winning strategy, track Project related execution gaps with respect to time and resource, drive value engineering across process across the sector, provide input to PMO with respect to implementation of various improvement works, corrective action works, strategic action items, claim management, design change process and organization development, develop relationship matrices with PMC and other consultants. Develop, Monitor implementation of Project Manuals so that across the sector proper standardisation is possible.

Collate and analyze daily project report, weekly and monthly project report to advise CDO with regard to project corrective action initiation. Prepare MIS for Senior Management review Ensure implementation of all the directions from the senior management and complete action taken report. Ensure all Projects improvement initiatives, value addition initiatives, stakeholder input requirement are implemented through organization of CDOs & Business Integrator. Meeting various external agency to ensure debottlenecking of various project related action points. |

Data Management & ATR tracking :- Progress reporting as per Project Bhavyatha Preparation of Standardize SOPs and convert other running project SOP as Project Bhavyatha guidelines. Track timely closure Project Related Action items. Analyze Project performance and Project Dashboard data Update war room data. Inform sector Head through PMO wrt rolling action items Develop 3 months rolling action items. Cross check with CDOs rolling ATRs. |
Project Timeline & cost Ensure zero non-compliance to statutory requirements, complying stake holder requirements and project objectives. Review:- Develop claim analysis scenarios for proper project decisions. Ensure thru project team Certifications compliance & Statutory/Regulatory requirements. Capture and Implement best Practices and lessons learnt across projects Review and track claim and design change processes. |

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
- Monitor AOP, Budget and cash flow as per the Project Execution Plan.
- Capex Budget – 2000 ~ 7000 Crores ( as per Management / AERA approval)
OTHER DIMENSIONS
- Interact with Internal team members (CDOs, HOD, HOD-1) size up to 100 numbers, Consultants, PMC for the projects etc. and total number of manpower would be of the order of 140 nos.
- Interaction with External consultants & review with Site In-charges of main EPC Contractor(s) to establish a clear line of communication.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering Graduation
- MBA desirable
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 9 – 11 total years of experience
- Should be well qualified, experienced and matured individual with good exposure to construction business/management.
- Must have worked in two/three major organizations/Groups.
- Fully conversant with the use of Primavera, MS Project, SAP, power point presentation, MS Access, SQL, use of Macro, Pivot Table and data analysis tools & data base operation.
- Primary experience in carrying system integration/analysis/process creation and management/process simplification
