Manager- Rolling Stock

JOB PURPOSE
This Role is responsible for coordination, monitoring and execution of conceptual and detailed implementable APM plans at Delhi Airport along with internal team, experts and consultants. The incumbent shall co-ordinate with APM Concessionaire, Rolling Stock OEMs, Designers, PMC and work closely with APM team in implementation of APM Project.

Execution and coordination of APM implementation along with internal team, concessionaire, experts and consultants: Review of design and drawing of Rolling Stock Monitoring of execution works with respect to quality Coordination with Concessionaire team, OEMs for timely implementation of project Ensure safe integration of Rolling Stock with other APM systems Witness and review Testing and commissioning of Rolling Stock Witness and review SAT and SIT, Oscillation trials of Rolling Stock |
Achievement of Project timelines and milestones |
Reports: Review daily, weekly and monthly progress reports are being generated and circulated to all the stakeholders. Organize progress review meetings with all the stake holders Generate MIS reports, Project Progress presentations for Management review |

In this role you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work.
Interact with APM team members and other cross functional teams, DIAL O&M team, DIAL Project team, Safety team, City Side Team etc.
Have experience of working in cross-functional teams of 5-10 members.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Planning, Scheduling and Implementation for Mega size projects with CAPEX of 1000-2000 Cr INR.
Annual Budget: INR Cr 500-750

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
BE./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
8-10 year experience in design & engineering drawing review and execution self/cable-propelled APM Monorail/LRT/Tram/Metro or similar transport system projects.
Understating of Rolling stock performance parameters.
Knowledge about Rolling Stock critical electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment/components.
Knowledge of safety features and redundancy for safety critical systems of Rolling Stock.
Experience of static and dynamic tests to be performed on Rolling stock.
Must To Have Skills:
Co-ordinate with APM Concessionaire, Rolling Stock OEMs, Designers, PMC and work closely with APM team.
Experience in design & engineering drawing review and execution self/cable-propelled APM Monorail/LRT/Tram/Metro.
Understating of technical specification and international standards of Rolling Stock
Good To Have Skills:
Experience of safety certification process of Rolling Stock
Experience of Interface management for Rolling Stock
