JOB PURPOSE

This Role is responsible for coordination, monitoring and execution of conceptual and detailed implementable APM plans at Delhi Airport along with internal team, experts and consultants. The incumbent shall co-ordinate with APM Concessionaire, Signaling System OEMs, Designers, PMC and work closely with APM team in implementation of APM Projects.

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators

Technical Evaluation of bidder proposals:

Coordinating with bidders for APM signaling and telecommunication system

Prepare response to bidders quarries 

Technical evaluation of various S&TC systems

Checking of technical parameters of credentials submitted by bidders on their earlier executed projects

Assisting APM team and P&C department in commercial evaluation of bidders   

Concessionaire on board as per schedule 

Execution and coordination for APM implementation with internal team, concessionaire, experts and consultants:

Review of design and drawing for S&TC

Monitoring of execution works with respect to quality

Coordination with concessionaire team for timely project execution

Ensure safe integration of S&TC with other APM systems

Witnessing and reviewing Testing and Commissioning 

Witness and review SAT and SIT tests

Achievement of project timelines and milestones 

Reports:

Review, analyze and circulate Daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports

Organize progress review meeting with all the stakeholders 

Generate MIS reports , Project progress presentations for management review  

Timely reports

Interact with external stake holders, Concessionaire, OEMs consultants, vendors / contractors, Govt. agencies

In this role you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work

Interact with APM team members and other cross functional teams, DIAL O&M team, DIAL Project team, Safety team etc.

Have experience of working in cross-functional teams of 5-10 members

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Planning, Scheduling and Implementation for Mega size projects with CAPEX of 500-2000 Cr INR

Annual Budget: INR 500-750 Cr

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics/IT Engineering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

8-10 years experience in design and engineering drawing review and execution of Signaling and telecommunication system project, preferably for  Monorail/LRT/Tram/Metro or similar transport systems

Knowledge about signaling and telecommunication system architecture

Knowledge of redundancy for safety critical system

Knowledge of various type of signaling and telecommunication system/equipment

Understanding of various international standards of signaling and telecommunication systems

Knowledge of Grade of automation, CATC etc,

Experience of testing and commissioning of signaling and telecommunication system

Experience of safety certification process of signaling and telecommunication system

Experience of Interface management  for signaling and telecommunication system

Experience on Servers, Wi-fi network system and other controls systems
