Head - Projects (Buildings)

JOB PURPOSE

Lead the overall Project Management team for Infrastructure Projects (ATC Tower & Associated Works) to ensure that the Project is correctly planned and delivered on time and within budget without compromising on Quality and Safety aspects

1. Lead the team to review designs, plan, execute and complete all Building projects consisting of RCC structures, MEP works, Facade, Infrastructure works, Interior & Finishes works, in coordination with other stakeholders and ensure implementation of the same adhering to safety & quality standards within specified time & cost. Anticipate the risks and propose mitigation measures for project completion. Guide and motivate the team in delivery of the project.

    Development of Commercial / Real Estate / Hospitality projects, cumulatively approx 500-600 Cr per FY

Should have experience in leading the team for design review and implementation of complex projects viz, Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial complex, large size infrastructure works, elaborate building facade works, elaborate MEP works

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institute/ University.
• Masters in Civil engineering from a reputed Institute/ University is preferable.
• Diploma in construction management or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
• Well versed with relevant specifications and standards.

Well versed with executing PPP projects.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 20+ Years of experience in implementation of large projects like 5 star hotels, High end Commercial office spaces including fit outs, Infrastructure works, Facade works, good knowledge of MEP works & co-ordination. He should have executed projects with modern architectural finishes.
• He should have an excellent understanding about the designs of buildings works. He should be able to review and comment on the designs and method statements
