Associate Manager- ASTI Instructor

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for implementation of National Civil Aviation Security Training Programme and provide advice and support to Head-ASTI, Head-GMRAA. Coordination with Regulatory Authority and Supervision of the ASTI’s current and future activities. Ensure high standards and ensure 100% compliances in ASTI at all time.

• Commencement of courses at required interval as planned in AOP

• To represent GMR Aviation Academy at different business forums
• To take part in airshows/ exhibitions/ symposiums in order to promote GMR AA branding
• Contribution towards continual improvement.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

§ Graduate with good communication skills

§ AVSEC BASIC COURSE Certification by BCAS AVSEC INSTRUCTOR COURSE certification by BCAS

§ Must possess Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs) covering all the aspects and parameters of Aviation Security;

§ AVSEC AUDITOR COURSE certification by BCAS

§ Computer Based Training (CBT) Administrator

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

9-10 years and above Experience including 04 years as an AVSEC Instructor
