JOB PURPOSE

Asset management (1 Solar plants) – Overall responsible for all O&M related activities at GMR Solar Energy Pvt Ltd 5 MW at Goa & ensure efficient running of Solar plants & maintain Plant availability of >99% on annual basis.
Billing & Receivables – responsible for submission of Monthly Billing to customer of 5 MW Solar plant and follow-ups for payments.
Stakeholder management – responsible for managing all Internal & External stakeholders related to above mentioned asset.

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

Site Asset performance -

Monitor and analyze the operational performance of assets to ensure it meet or exceed the Power Generation expectations.
To track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Energy output, Efficiency, and Reliability.
To ensure that Performance of asset will match the AOP target by implanting the SOPs.
To ensure all spare, tools & tackles availability at site.
Coordination with OEM’s and annual rate contract for services.
Interaction with all stakeholders (Client, O&M contractor) in matters related to power sale and performance of the plant.
Ensure all statutory compliances of plant will be fulfilled without any failure

Efficient Plant run times & achieve overall plant Revenue as per target.

Goa Solar - O&M Vendor & GGIAL team (PPA Customer). Security & Vigilance team for passes, GED DISCOM for billing.

Various Vendors – OEM, Technical Consultants, etc..

The role requires dealing with various functions.

Goa local candidate shall prefer.

Shall know 4 wheeler Driving & have Govt. approved 4 wheeler driving license.

B. Tech Electrical

+5 years of O&M experience in Solar plant with min. capacity of 5 MW.
