JOB PURPOSE
The position is responsible for efficient management of AOCC and its employees so as to ensure that overall objectives of the department are achieved. He would be responsible for entire operations and planning of AOCC which will include the on-going operations as per the defined SOP as well as the future planning keeping in view the growth in ATM as well as passenger traffic. He would be responsible to introduce innovation in resource allocation thereby enhancing operational efficiency and achieving the given KPIs.

- Ensure seamless functioning of AOCC department to attain the operational targets at GGIAL
- Responsible for people management for AOCC dept

- Ensure optimum utilization of Aerobridge stands for generation of revenue.
- Facilitate non schedule operators to enhance aero revenue through non schedule movements and proper addressing of potential customer queries pertaining to operations intending to fly via Goa
- Responsible for planning and projecting the CAPEX, AOP budget & man power requirement of department
- Ensure transparent distribution of slot to airline operators to meet the emerging traffic demands

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
- Preparation of AOP for Capex and Opex (3 Crs) and initiate minimum two revenue generation projects (1 cr)
- Responsible for continuous flow of revenue from FEGPU utilization (10 lakhs pm) , AD/AVP cell functions (15 Lakhs pa)

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation followed with A Executive Management program with any reputated University/Institute.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Aviation, Certificate courses in Safety Management, Annexure 14, IATA slot coordination
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 20 - 22 Years of post-qualification Experience
- Exposure to Aviation Industry in the capacity of middle level management.
