JOB PURPOSE
This role combines business development, market analysis, and data-driven insights to enhance commercial performance, optimize operations, and support long-term growth.
Provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, ensuring alignment with the airport's commercial objectives and operational efficiency.
The role contributes in building a team of Data Analysts, to create a centralized data management system. Technical aptitude, programming, reporting/data visualization and data science skills are required in this role.
The role requires incubating, developing, testing, and iteratively improving data analyses to provide key insights that will shape product actions, improve customer experience, and usage of the product(s).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the commercial performance of the airport
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to align business strategy and initiatives.
Development and execution of strategic plans for airport growth and development.
Design & build process for automated data extraction, report/ dashboard automation, aligning the stakeholders to come to a common platform to increase the data visibility, execute the same with process team, define SLA & KPI for the same
Provide analytical insights by analyzing various types of data, including mining data, review of relevant cases/samples, and incorporation of feedback from senior management
Create business presentations for senior management on regular and ad-hoc requirement basis
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to inform business stakeholders to make better decisions
Coordinate with the Strategic Planning Group team to ensure solutions adhere to the organization’s data principles and guidelines
Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to determine how to design analysis, testing, and measurement approaches that will significantly improve our ability to understand and address emerging business issues
Locate and define new data process improvement opportunities
Monitor Revenue Leakage with support from Revenue Leakage Control Centre
Oversee contract creation, revenue accounting and closing processes on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop internal controls to support revenue management activities

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Post graduate degree in Business Management (Full time) or MBA
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 12-18 years of experience in analytics and Business Insights/reporting
