JOB PURPOSE
To interact with departments to review and finalize all departmental budgets leading to the formulation of a comprehensive Annual Operating Plan. To drive the Preparation, analysis and monitoring of Strategic Plan through conduct of a Strategy Workshop. To drive business case evaluation and enable senior management to take value based decisions. To provide key inputs via MIS that would enable rational decision making. |

Conduct of Workshops To facilitate the AOP preparation process by organizing the BPC workshop. Arrange other workshops for SPG such AOP, AUCC (Capex Expansion) etc.
