Responsible for Budget (AOP), imprest account, compliance of all audits & MIS reports to fulfill superior’s requirements and achieve optimized maintenance. Also, responsible for admin duties of the department.



Coordinate and Maintaining of AOP(Budget)
Support for AOP preparation, providing budgets for e-NFAs and prepare variance reports for achieving effective AOP management and timely releasing of purchase orders.     AOP – Planned Vs Actual
PR to PO report
Coordinate and Maintaining of Petty Cash(Imprest)
Coordinating with Finance and TS staff for cash flow to purchase emergency material/services for immediate resolution of breakdowns to avoid interruptions in operation    Uptime
Imprest records
Documentation and compliance all Audits
Maintain all Documents and records of TS and coordinate for all audits to comply all audit requirements    No. of Non conformances 
MIS reports/Special Initiatives 
Preparation of MIS reports ,Maintaining of TS vehicles, night visit reports and BCM visit report    Weekly/ Monthly reports
Admin support
Coordinate and provide admin support (Schedules, Travel, Meeting rooms, Stationary, rosters and others) to HOD-TS, GM-P&C and COO-GIL as well as TS staff to fulfil smooth departmental operations.    Quality Feedback

Interaction with HR department on trainings and staff requirements   
Interaction with FMS team on mobile issues, food coupons and others




Any Degree


3-6 years’ experience in office admin with soft skills
