JOB PURPOSE
To prepare & issue the preparatory guidelines, follow up with the finance team and compilation of information required for preparation of various schedules of Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS) of GAL, documenting the supporting and get the same audited from the Auditors within the management defined timelines. Further, to also support in preparation of CFS of Intermediaries Holding Companies like GHIAL, DIAL etc., get the same audited and submit these to the CFOs/FCs of respective Cos. for their approval and further action.
In addition, he also need to provide support in creating, maintaining and monitoring the grouping of GLs in BPC and follow up for maintenance of updated companies’ relationships master data into the BPC tool.

Accountabilities
• Sending instructions to all the Airport Group Finance team for submission of data for preparation of Consol Financials.
• Review of information received from the Finance team and get clarification and prepare /compile the same in the prescribed format.
• Prepare the working papers for all the schedules, group wise / category wise, elimination entries etc. and take full ownership thereof.
• Preparation of Monthly CFS, CFS MIS, Estimated CFS for the FY.
• Compilation of AOP, Forecast, Budgeted RPT elimination etc.
• Preparation of Notes to accounts including data calling, collating, recording and documenting, review, finalization etc.
• Review of published CFS in XML format for submission to ROC.
• Proof reading of CFS, results etc.
• Verify RPT, follow up on missing RPT, identify gaps, and ensure corrections are made.
• Pass elimination entries for Group company transactions.
• Preparation monthly Variance Reports and highlighting major variances for action
• Collection of shareholding patterns from all Group Entities.
• Prepare and pass the month end close entries.
• Refresh standalone numbers in financial models from BPC.
• Verify numbers with standalone financials along with groupings
• Identify elimination gaps with standalone numbers.
• Ensure corrections are made in standalone financials.
• Pass Joint Venture / Associate’s Profit / Loss share entries in the consol financials in the BPC.
Stakeholder Management:
• Ensure satisfactory and timely resolution of queries from subsidiaries.
• Closely interact with the auditors and resolve or escalate consol audit issues.
• To ensure the Monthly / quarterly Consol financials are closed on time
Process Improvement
• Identify improvement areas in the consolidation process and initiate action for deployment of the same.
Statutory Support and Compliance Process
• Support and arranging the data & providing the respective details to MAG team & resolved all their queries for the respective period.
• Provide support for both statutory and internal audits by ensuring all book closure activities comply with required standards and regulations.
People Management:
• Ensure proper coordination with the team and the employees

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified CA with 4-6 years of relevant experience of equivalent responsible position in the finance and accounts department of a large organization, preferably from Infra Space
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Through understanding of Ind AS & accounting closure processes
Exposure to BPC and SAP
Excellent Proficiency with MS office especially in MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.
Self-motivated with positive attitude
Quick learner and zeal to learn
