JOB PURPOSE
Graphic designing adds value to the overall branding exercise for the company. Designing in house saves cost for the company and also ensured Brand compliance. The candidate needs to have an aesthetic and creative vision, yet work at high speed in terms of volume without compromising on quality and will also have to manage all the branding and production needs for marketing collaterals and events. The role also will encapsulate financial role as additional charge, which is to deal AOP development for the department by regular monitoring of expenditures and savings.

Accountabilities
Brand Identity (Internal & External):
Ensure corporate brand identity is followed at all instances of in house production of artworks
Strictly follow brand guidelines to design logo, making signage, banners, posters, emailers, wallpapers, manuals and booklets etc. internally
External Communication (ATL & BTL Activities):
Design all advertisements, corporate campaigns’ collaterals, Brochures, Marketing Collaterals etc. in-house, as per HoD’s approvals
Production and printing of the above as per specification
Brief printing or production agency
Check post production to ensure brand guidelines and specification
Events Support: (External & Internal Events):
Design all event collaterals
Coordinate with event agency/printing agency on production
Check and ensure agency followed brand guidelines and printing specification
Support on installations
Internal Branding & Communication Support:
Design banners, posters, emailers, wallpapers, manuals and booklets etc.
Provide production support to teams on development of these collaterals
Coordinate with printer, production units
Ensure brand guidelines adhered on production
Printing & Production Support for existing collaterals:
Check the stock of the collaterals on a regular basis
Coordinate with vendors on printing and production
Work closely with marketing team on development life size installations
Its production and final execution
Photography: Facilitate post production support for photography
AOP, Budget: Prepare & monitor the dept. budget, AOP etc.
