JOB PURPOSE

Associate Manager -Creative and Design is responsible for developing campaigns, visual identities for various teams/departments/ SBU’s across business locations. This position ensures timely development and production of creatives for various communication campaigns, initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Creative Design and Campaign Development

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for various campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Support the rollout of new and refreshed brands with cohesive design language.
  • Design brochures, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals aligned to annual targets.
  • Average TAT for creative design delivery
  • % adherence to brand guidelines (based on review/feedback cycles)
  • Cost savings achieved through in-house design execution vs outsourcing
  • Number of designs prepared vs annual design target
  • Number of brochures/newsletters developed per year

Event Design and Internal Function Support

  • Design and deliver event collaterals for internal and external events across Group companies.
  • Execute all design stages for event material from concept to final production.
  • Present and support design requirements of internal teams (HR, ALD, Services) as per brief and timelines.
  • Work closely with Corp Comm teams at business locations for site-specific branding requirements.
  • Establish and advocate design guidelines, best practices, and brand standards.
  • % of event collaterals delivered on time
  • Number of internal function briefs successfully executed within deadlines

Advertisements and Sponsorships

  • Manage timely release of corporate advertisements across print and digital media.
  • Maximize sponsorship benefits for the organization through appropriate branding and visibility.
  • % of advertisement releases executed within schedule
  • Number of sponsorship benefits availed vs committed deliverables

Support to Group Entities and Family Office

  • Interface with the family office, GMR Sports, and PFBI for specific creative requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely and quality production of print and video materials.
  • Number of design/production projects delivered for Family Office/GMR Sports/PFBI
  • % of vendor jobs completed on time and within quality standards

Internal Communication and Emerging Business Initiatives

  • Develop compelling creative and video content for internal communication campaigns.
  • Interact with business units like ALD, GRAMAX, RAXA, GPMS for tailored communication collaterals.
  • Number of internal campaigns supported through creative assets
  • TAT for internal communication content delivery

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • Working closely with advertising agencies & production houses – Photo & Video
  • Publishers & printers, event managers etc.
  • Courier & other Service Providers for dispatch and receipt of material

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • Working closely with agencies, production houses, publishers & printers, event managers etc.
  • Interaction with vendors working on branding projects being executed by various other departments like Finishes/ CPD / Ops

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

  • Interaction with content management team for communication updates for the group
  • Interact with various departments which are key consumers of Corporate Communication services – QSD/HR/FMS/Family Office/ Pax Exp / CC team members at various locations etc

OTHER DIMENSIONS

  • Provide in-house creative/design support for marketing/ internal communication collaterals for all group companies with special emphasis on new & emerging businesses
  • No. of production assignments handled per annum including printed stationery and other marketing collaterals for various group companies
  • Ensure design, production and on ground support to various businesses as per requirement

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor / Master’s Degree
  • Proficiency and Experience of working on Design Software (Ai, Photoshop, Corel Draw, In-design, Video editing knowledge will be an added advantage).
  • Diploma holder in Multimedia, 2D,3D will be added advantage

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Proven work experience of 5-8 plus years in web / digital / print/ graphic designing
  • Advertising / Creative agencies /Production
  • Large conglomerates with in-house design and editing capability
