This position reports to Center Head Interchange.
JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Understanding the leasing brief in terms of mall positioning, zoning, brand mix, etc and also the distinct requirements of various product categories
- Review brand / retailer brief from the Leasing team and conduct a detailed research on brands in terms of its operating model, product offerings by visiting stores at other malls.
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Retailers
Designers/ architects of the Retailers
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Process leaders and team members in Projects, planning, contracts, Business Development etc. within Airport Land Development.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
- Should have worked on the project worth 10 crores over 3 years
Execution of approved projects including infrastructure of approx. 2 crores over 3 – 5 years
OTHER DIMENSIONS
- Exposure to coordinating with international consultants’/design firms
- Should have worked in cross functional teams having multiple stakeholders
Exposure to multinational work environments and cultures.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- B. Arch or Diploma in Interior Designing
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
8-10 years of experience in retail/real estate industry with at least 2-3 years’ experience in retail design
