Job Purpose

To Maintain the Passenger Terminal Building civil infrastructure and aesthetics by ensuring preventive and corrective actions

Implement maintenance schedules and monitor strict adherence to improve the performance of the facility and minimize complaints

To attend all the observations related to civil fabric and fit outs for passenger movement areas as per observations form

Timeline

Purchasing and Inventory control 

PO follows up with various vendors

Minimize the inventory and maintenance cost

AOP - Planned Vs Actual

Attending multiple observations and improving back offices of the terminal building

Arranging and organizing material from markets on war footing basis as per different requirement from different departments

Timeline

To capture and close all observations in the terminal building in SAP system to record the historical data

Balance JD to be checked in attached document

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

  • Operational Expenditure = 70.00 Lakhs
  • Capital Expenditure = 2.00 Cr

OTHER DIMENSIONS

           

  • Shall be able to handle a total team of min 15 members including external service providers
  • Shall be capable to handle a substantial area of Operations which includes the Airport and other associated facilities
  • Shall have technical knowledge on finishing works like Flooring, ceiling, Cladding, painting, facade and roof works
  • Shall be process driven and well versed with the civil maintenance management processes
  • Well versed in the following:
    • BOQ, Estimation and Tendering
    • Latest technological updates
    • SAP PM and MM Module
    • Conversant with National Building Code of India (relevant segments), Local building regulations, Fire dept regulations for   High rise buildings, Compliance to Statutory norms.
    • Conversant with the green building norms, ISO and OSHAS standards.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.E in Civil engineering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 6 – 8 years of experience in CIVIL construction and maintenance of large public buildings and Structures.
