Support to review Designs, tendering with technical inputs, installation, Testing and commissioning of Electrical systems like HT, LT and LV Systems.

Design Management: Assist in completing Electrical systems like HT, LT and LV Systems design reviews for project from conceptual stage to detailed designs by coordinating with Client, consultants and other stake holders of the Project. Carry checks on cable schedules, short circuit calculations, lighting level calculations, etc. | Ensure zero non-compliance to Statutory requirements, comply stake holder requirements and project objectives. |
Procurement Management: Assist in Coordination with procurement team with Technical and Commercial inputs in tendering, evaluate new technologies at the time of tender, vendor evaluation and finalization. Collate the technical data submitted by vendors and prepare a compliance report for further reviews. | In-time Procurement, finalization of contractor / Vendor. Project Quality, time and cost compliance |
Construction Management: Under the guidance of Manager - Electrical, coordinate and ensure the implementation of the Electrical works with compliance to the Design and requirements of the Project. Do the panel relay coordination, cable continuity checks, cable healthiness check, etc. | Completion within time, Quality compliance, Safety, Health and Environment compliance. Project Objectives & Stakeholder satisfaction |
Handing over and Contract Closure: Assist in Handing over completed project to user departments with required documentation (collate all documents submitted by vendors / contractors), Hand hold the operation team in initial period to stabilize the operation. Post operation stabilization; assist Procurement and Contracts team to close the all project related contracts. | Complying with the project objectives & stabilization of system for maximum output as per the service levels. Contracts closure without major non conformances’. |

Must have involved in the Building services Electrical works of CAPEX of Rs.01.00 Cr to 10.00 Cr
OTHER DIMENSIONS
Handling team of Supervisors, Electricians, technicians, etc.
Handling of Multiple vendors and stakeholders
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
4 - 6 years of total experience in Electrical systems like HT, LT and LV Systems in mega projects ( Malls, Hospitals, Hotels and Public Facilities is preferable)
