JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for end to end Finance activities of PMC division it includes review of day to day transactions, Billing, Accounts payables, Intercompany reconciliations, Financials, Handling of Internal and statutory Audits, customer and vendor accounts reconciliations, Aging analysis, Board presentations, coordination with SSC on day to day works and month end works and support in IndAs calculations and RPT preparations. Preparation of monthly PMC division MIS with detailed analysis of P&L, Balance sheet, and Cashflow. Complete analysis of AOP vs Actuals. Coordinate with user departments on AOP input data and Preparation of AOP Half yearly and yearly and presentation to the Management and Board. Preparation of ADP AOP after considering the IndAs adjustments. Coordination with Taxation team and support on GST and Income tax audits.

Operations:

  • Perform the following functions related to PMC Division.

    • Preparation of monthly PMC division MIS with detailed analysis of P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow along with AOP vs Actuals.
    • Coordinate with user departments on AOP input data and Preparation of Half year and yearly AOP and presentation to the Management and Board.
    • Preparation of ADP AOP after considering all the IndAs adjustments. Coordination with Taxation team and support on GST and Income tax audits.
    • Handle GST and Income Tax Audits, 3CD, Returns and filings.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Governance

  • Assess actual performance against standards to determine whether the team member is on target to reach goals and takes corrective actions, as necessary
  • Liaison with & work closely with Consultants / external / third parties for works assigned to them by SSC team.

Process Improvements

  • Share best practices & identify areas of improvement within processes
  • Facilitate initiatives related to operational excellence
  • Ensure that all new knowledge / improvements are documented and added to SOPs and / or the knowledge management database.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • CA/ICWAI
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  •  
  • CA/ICWAI :4- 7 years relevant EXPERIENCE
