Lead and manage overall Spend Analytics support services within SSC Procurement Services Operations

Spend Analytics Data Architecture and Reporting Setup
1. Develop detailed Spend Analytics Data architecture – source data and mapping for Analytics / Reporting
2. Identify key reporting requirements for various business departments and sectors as well as Categories (MRO, Admin, O&M, CAPEX, Projects, FUEL Etc.) Spend Analytics Setup
Spend Analytics and Reporting
1. Create detailed spend analytics reports and publish the same on defined periodicity
2. Provide insightful analysis of the Spend pattern to support and enable business operations to drive cost optimization and control Timeliness and Accuracy of Spend Analytics Reporting
Category and Sub Category domain expertise
- Expertise in sourcing cateogeries such as MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul / Operations) related items (Electrical & mechanical consumables and CAPEX), Service categories (Housekeeping, Construction, Design, Legal, IT etc.) Stakeholder satisfaction,
Timeliness and Accuracy
Data base and Analytics Tools
- Provide and develop subject matter/ Domain expertise in Spend Analytics using multiple data sources and disparate database, data structures
- Exposure and experience in providing commercial acumen through Spend Analytics Timeliness and Accuracy of Spend Analytics Reporting
Operations Process Improvement and Knowledge Management

- Support in Continuous operations improvement initiative Signed off improvement projects

Educational Qualifications
 MBA  + Graduate Degree in B.Com/ BBA/ BSc/ BE (Engineering preferred)
 Certificate diploma in Business Analytics (Desirable)

Relevant and total years of Experience
 7-9 Years of total experience
o 2-4  years of experience in working in Manufacturing, Services organization in the domain of Sourcing and Procurement function.
o 3-5 years’ experience in leading and managing end to end category level Analytics in Spend / Procurement domain
o 2-3 experience in driving Data/ Tool driven analytics using Industry standard/ Excel based tool set
o 1  years’ experience in Customer/ Stakeholder Engagement and Service delivery management
 Experience in SAP Data Architecture, SQL Database management, Visualization and Analytics tool set such as Power , Excel VBA, BI, R/ Python (Desirable)
 Experience and Exposure in Master Data Management categorization framework such as UNSPSC`, CPM etc
 Advanced user of Excel functions
 Exposure to Indian organization – culture and working practices in promoter led organizations
 Experience in Spend Analytics for multi divisional conglomerate
