JOB PURPOSE

Assist Head-Landside in planning for new and execution of existing projects for Landside development of DIAL, security & cleanliness in the Airport Road network in close coordination with Stakeholders for efficient & safe passage to all interested parties.

Shall assist HOD Landside in preparation & Maintenance of SOPs, processes and policies.
 
No. of SOP’s reviewed / prepared
Shall be responsible for Roster and updating of Monthly Duty Roster Templates in SAP. Maintenance and updating of Compensatory Offs in SAP for Team members performing duties on Holidays.
 
No. of changes in the roster
Accuracy / minimum variations
Document Handling inclusive of Operational Folders, Reviews PPT, Presentations etc.
 
No. of presentations prepared & documents handled, 
MIS & their accuracy
Preparation of Approval Notes for Procurement. Preparation of Scope of work for purchase of Asset/Material.
 
Time frame
Preparation of Operational Reports including Landside Weekly updates / reports and Returns & Office Key management.

Monthly Review of KRA’s along with HOD

Preparation of Presentations for review by ED and CEO
