JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be involved in Rotational shifts and manage functional control over the Airside operations by ensuring safety aircraft operations. He would liaise with Internal and External stakeholders for ensuring safe and smooth operations during all contingencies

  • Prepare and  share  shift reports /  dash boards in every shift

  • Formulation of working instructions for management of Airside operations to have safe & smooth transit through RGIA

  • Management of VVIP / VIP, Follow me and Escort services.

In time coordination with other stake holders and smooth movement of the Guest

  1. 5 direct staff reporting to Duty Manager  and  manage  outsourced staff approx. 30 per shift
  2. Operations roles - Supports a seamless & safe passenger journey by ensuring operational readiness, minimizing disruptions & responding effectively to irregular operations while considering passenger impact in all decisions.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Graduate preferably with science background with relevant exposure to Airside Operations / ATC.
  • 01 Year accredited program in Airport Operations and Management
  • Must possess LMV driving license
  • MBA / Postgraduate in Airport/Aviation management from reputed Institutes

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Up to 10 years of similar experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, Internet usage.
  • Proficient in Aerodrome Design and Operations, ICAO documents, and DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements, with specialized knowledge of Annex 14, DGCA CAR Section 4 Series B Part I, Doc 9157, Doc 9137, Doc 9859, as well as aviation and airport standards, policies and practices.
