  • Pre & Post Joining formalities and support on –boarding.

Stakeholder’s Management – Deliver zero surprise environment by effective resolution of escalation 

Lead time (End to End)

Operation Score card accuracy maintain

 % of discrepancy in monthly Operations review 

Process Improvement idea generation

No. of Ideas identified and accepted by HRO Head.

Capability Development for Self through CRT, VMDC and other learning tools

% of TNI Completion

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

•Graduate in Any discipline
•MBA HR Preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•Total Years -1 -3 Years
•Experience in Talent acquisition for NON IT positions preferred.
