JOB PURPOSE

Timely & proper processing of hotel, car & guesthouse booking as per requirement for employee & Guest, as well as provide support to FMS team as in when required.

Executive Landside Management will be responsible for all the Ground Transportation Operations during his shift. He shall be operating out of the Car Park office and will be on site inspections of the entire car Park , Main Access Roads , Sector Roads , PTC etc. He shall coordinate with all the stakeholder’s Shift Managers like , Facility Management , CFL , Security , Traffic , Tenega , Facility Managers ( of tenants ) , Cargo  etc. to ensure a safe, efficient & pleasant Customer Experience during his shift.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Executive will be In charge of the Shift and shall be responsible to ensure the Housekeeping, pest control, upkeep & maintenance of the Main Access Roads, All Sector roads, Departure & Arrival Ramp, roads leading to airport from the Shmashabad and the srisailam Highway ends, Cargo Satellite Building, Parking  area, all the common  areas on the landside including the façade / High rise building cleaning , etc.   Accountable to ensure the deliverables as per the SLA’s defined during his shift. 

    He will be working through the Service Provider / Vendors of Housekeeping, Pest Control, Cafeteria contractors, Security for ensuring the seamless operations, up keep and maintenance of the Landside Facilities & Estate Management.  He shall ensure that the appointed Service Provider fulfill the operational requirement as per SLA and the contract.  

    To ensure that the cleanliness & upkeep is maintained at highest levels of standard without any compromise. 

    Coordinate with internal & external stakeholder and guide and counsel them for ensuring the upkeep of the facilities. The shift Executive will be required to move all around the Landside facilities spread across the airport and ensure that the facilities and the common areas are well maintained. 

    Shall coordinate with all the stakeholders, including landside tenants, passengers, visitors, and drivers and encourage / convince them on the good Hygiene principles as per the SOPs finalized by airport.  

    Shift Executive is expected to fully understand the contract obligations of all the Service Providers / Vendors and will be responsible to record the performance of the vendors against the SLA’s / instructions given to the Service Provider.

    He shall implement the programs of the 5 S, Swach Bharat during his shift as per the schedule and ensure 100 % participation by all , so as to  ensure that the land side area is litter free & good waste management practices are followed by all. 
    Shall monitor and ensure that the cafeteria vendors are adhering to the statutory requirements and food served is healthy and hygienic and the vendor is following the schedules of HK and pest control. 

    The Shift executive shall lead, motivate and manage the performance of the team of Service Provider / Vendor staff   so they are fully motivated and engaged to give the best performance to meet the Dept. goals. 

    Through the training managers of the Service Provider shall ensure that the identified trainings are imparted to the workforce during the shifts as on the Job training. 

    The Shift Executive will coordinate with the Security of the Airport and ensure that there is no misuse of the facility by any users and shall take up with the immediately on such issues as per the escalation matrix

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.A / B.COM
  • Computer Skills: MS Office
  • Dip.in Hospitality preferred

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

With minimum 5years’ experience preferably with hospitality & guest handling.
