JOB PURPOSE

Reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer, Airport Sector (based in Delhi) as he administer and coordinates all para legal work of GAL Legal function. His role includes interaction from outside counsels for timely delivery of documents besides assisting core legal team in execution of legal documents. He also administer billings of outside counsels which is a big cost centre. This roe cannot be less than executive role role in HAY.

The Role is primarily responsible for negotiating, drafting and finalizing and execution of all contracts and agreements and documentation of various legal documents in systematic way

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities
Drafting of Contract & Agreements for various business proposals with in RGIA
Preparation of RFPs/RFQs/Contracts/Agreements for various business functions of GHAIL.
Digitisation initiatives and implementation of online documentation for Legal Department.
Supporting in registration compliances vis-à-vis Land Lease Agmt with the State Govt.
Provide complete Legal Support to internal departments:
P&C
Technical Services
Land Scape & Environmental Dept.
Contribution for Knowledge Management
Supporting Head Legal in various on going activities.
 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS


Govt Officials / HoDs 
Officials of the Sub Registrar Office and other government agencies on need basis
 

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS


1.    The Business Development teams / HoDs that handle P&C and other commercial contracts at the Airport & related. 
2.    The Business Development teams / HoDs that handle the commercial property development (CPD) for GHIAL and GHAL.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

•Minimum graduate. LLB education can be added advantage.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

1.    LLB from a reputed law collage. 
2.    Excellent communication Skills (written & oral) 
3.    Excellent drafting skills & legal acumen 
4.    Orientation for digitization and AI.
