3.   KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Operations:
 Support the Catalogue management activities through e-procurement systems and tools into end to end procurement process, including Agreeing and documenting a product/service definition and description, Agree and document the content of Product/Service portfolio, Ensure adherence to the legal contract for the said product/services, availability of Catalogue and interface with SAP MM module for procurement activities. 
 Work closely with colleagues across the Procurement Department, any external partner/provider of the Catalogue services to ensure the effective execution of Catalogue management.
 Receive requests to perform a Catalogue creation or modification activity. Ensure efficient execution as per the agreed SLAs and ensure quality as per agreed KPIs
 Support the enablement of the supply chain through effective engagement and communication; designing and delivering user awareness programs and events to gain the “buy in” of key users of the catalogues.  Accuracy of Catalogue content at any given point.
 Number of creation/modification requests processed per month.
 First pass yield of transaction processing
 Time to process transaction
Process Improvements
 Ability to identify gap’s in the processes
 Suggesting improvements to Procurement-Team Lead, where opportunities exist   Change Requests/Initiatives logged by the team

Supplier
 To ensure timely completion of e-sourcing events. Stake holders/ Business User Team
 To resolve any query/discrepancy identified during the Catalogue management.
Catalogue Service provider
 Ensure accuracy and availability of Catalogue provided by the partner. Internal SSC Team
 Reach out to other SSC team members for quick resolution of open issues & escalations
 GMR IT
 Application or interface related issue

6. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications
 1-3 years’ experience in a complex organization, with a strong purchasing background
 Strong understanding of principles and the application of e-Procurement technologies and ideally an understanding of SAP-MM, SRM, Ariba or third party catalogue platforms like Industry Buy etc.
 An excellent theoretical and practical understanding of procurement, including tendering, negotiation and contract management
 An understanding and application of legal issues
 Proven track record of delivery
 Strong team player

Technical skills
 Knowledge and experience of SAP – MM module for PR to PO lifecycle
 Strong understanding of e sourcing platforms like Ariba, GEP, Ivalua etc.
 
Personal skills and attributes
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
 Query/Discrepancy handling & resolution
