JOB PURPOSE

Ensures the accuracy of accounting, and preparation of Financial Statements  as per StandardsEnsures the accuracy of accounting, and preparation of Financial Statements  as per Standards

ORGANISATION CHART

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accounting & Financials:
1.    Review the Trial Balance,  identify and pass necessary rectification entry, wherever applicable.
2.    Review & Pass the Provision entries (Exps, Payroll related)
3.    Knowledge in SAP and Advanced Excel
4.    Preparation of Financials Quarterly as per the Companies Act.
a.    Preparation of Schedule for Audit (Exps Schedule, Club Membership details, Creditors Aging report, Addition to Fixed Assets, Employee Loan, Prepaid exps, Deposits etc)
5.    Attend to Tax Audit queries on Transfer pricing.
6.    Assist the Statutory, Internal & Tax audits & attend to queries and ensure the completion of audit
7.    Provide the details for Income Tax Assessments
8.    Track the out of book entries & regularize them with appropriate approvals
9.    RBI returns filing.
10.     Knowledge in IND AS is must.
11.    Practical experience in GST Retuns filing.
Statutory Returns:
Filing of all statutory returns as per company requirements : like
o    Preparing and filing of half yearly service tax returns.
o    Reconcile the TDS Receivable/Received account with 26AS report
o    Preparation of TDS Rationalization Report for each SPV
o    Filing of Annual ITR-6 Returns (For the SPVs covered in the scope)
o    Tracking of all Vendor/Customer Lower Tax Deduction Certificates

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Commerce Graduate 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 5  years of experience in finance and accounts department of a large organization
  • Good in MS Office ( Excel)
  • 2 years of experience in preparing financials of a mid-sized company
