JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for smooth functioning of Operation & Maintenance of the Asset/Project with respect to various Laisioning & Administration issues.

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

Ensuring timely approvals and NOCs from various departments to facilitate execution / operation for DFCC project.

Defined Timeline

To liaise with revenue authority for early approval of awards and afterwards to liaise with local residents for Hassel free possession of acquired land.

Within Defined Timeline

To liaise with concerned departments for Utility Shifting, early approval of estimates and subsequently involving in shifting of the same.

Within Defined Timeline

To liaise with forest department for approval of forest clearance and cutting of trees at earliest.

Within Defined Timeline

Coordination with concerned authorities for obtaining various approvals towards fulfilling statutory obligations as per Concession Agreement.

Less number of non- compliances

To liaise with Police and Health department for developing and maintaining prompt emergency services during execution / operation.

Within Defined Timeline

To lead the ERP (Emergency Response Protocol) team for traffic management and safety of the users and workmen on the Project Highway as and when required.

Compliance Within Defined Timeline.

Through frequent road shows, leaflets, variable message boards, this also include educating customers services, location of facilities, recovery facilities, medical facilities, parking, road signs and safety aspects.

  • Resolving the customer complaint in line with project objectives and maintaining the complaint register/response log.

Railways/Highway Authorities

Other Government Agencies (Land Acquisition Authority, State Electricity Board, Local Revenue Dept. Forest Dept., Local Admin/Courts, Municipal bodies, hospitals, fire brigade, ambulance, insurance, customers/road users and Police etc.)

DFCC Project Director, CPM & Project Managers DFCC Project Team Head Office.

•2-3 Nos Staff in CR Team
•300 Nos staff at DFCC Project.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

•Graduate/Post Graduate/Social Science
•MBA with 15years of experience in corporate relations/ PRO / Liaisoning preferably in Highway/Railways industry.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•Should have at least 8-10years of experience working in corporate relations/ PRO / Liaisoning preferably in Highway Railway Projects.
•Ability and willingness to work and live at remote locations.
•Male candidates only.
