JOB PURPOSE

  1. Provide advice and support to Head-Academy, on development and capability requirements for EASA 147 AME program
  2. Responsible for implementation of EASA 147, developing technical Capabilities, Infrastructure and Faculty.
  3. Coordination with Regulatory Authority (Both EASA and DGCA) and shall meet at regular intervals to coordinate Approvals, Audit compliance, training practices and influence the directions of future policy.
  4. Carry out exhaustive learning and development research and maintain currency of subject on industry updates / evolutions
  5. Marketing of all external trainings
  6. Revenue generation as planned in the AOP
  7. Liaison and coordination with stake holders, external organizations and agencies
  8. Revenue generation as per the Business case and ensure the results are achieved in defined timeline.
  9. Programme coordination and ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of result oriented programs.

  • 10-15 years of Training Experience for EASA 147 and other MRO related training
  • 5-10 years Instructional experience

  • Good to have experince in Administrative positions in IN 147 (School of Avaiation)
