JOB PURPOSE

Responsibility for Aero-related businesses of Fuel-Farm, Ground Handling, In-Flight Catering, Line Maintenance, TPGH (Third Party Ground Handling) & Bridge Mount Equipment (BME).

 

Grow Aero-related Business of Fuel Farm including O&M & Safety & Security responsibilities. Grow In-Flight Catering Business, manage Concessionaires & Airlines. Grow Ground Handling Business, manage Concessionaires and Airlines and ensure SLAs are delivered as per Agreement with all Stakeholders. Grow Non-aero Rental revenues of Airline, PGAs, Ground Handlers, Inflight Caterers, Line Maintenance concessionaires and TPGH in PTB, AEMB, GSE Parking, ATC and Land side Lease rentals. New Business Development including Bridge Mount Equipment Business etc.

 

Links with the GHIAL’s Mission of making RGIA a preferred Hub. Contribution of this position is directly linked to revenue growth and P&L of Company

Fuel Farm Business: Achieve AOP revenue targets. Manage and Operate a ~ 500,000 KL throughput State-of-the-art Fuel Farm with Profit center, Operational, Regulatory and Safety & Security compliances responsibilities.      Revenue, O&M efficiency, Productivity Enhancement, Regulatory Compliances. Capital Expenditure
Ground Handling Business: Achieve AOP revenue targets. Manage and develop Ground Handling Businesses of major global companies, Menzies Aviation, Air India-SATS and Additional GH company as per MoCA mandate and TPGH, by improving efficiency, productivity and profitability Prepare Business Case for 3rd Ground Handling Company at the Airport    Revenue, Operational Efficiency, Productivity Enhancement, Regulatory Compliances.
In-Flight Catering Business: AOP revenue targets. Manage and develop Catering Business of major global companies LSG Sky Chef, Sky Gourmet thru not only Airline Catering but also Commercial & Outdoor catering & improving efficiency, productivity and profitability      Revenue, Operational Efficiency, Productivity Enhancement, Regulatory Compliances
Line Maintenance:
Achieve Revenue 
Operational: Monitoring On-time servicing of all Airline Customers as per SLAs

Ensure receiving payments on time, from all the customers, Follow ups and  have the risks control measures i.e. (BG/SD) in place

Managing new Capex requirement by Airlines thru accredited LM
Monitoring Regulatory, Safety & Security compliances
Business Case for LM in terms of economic feasibility as per the New Civil Aviation Policy

Bridge Mounted Equipment (Fixed Electric Ground Power Unit & Pre-Conditioned Air supply to Airlines). Develop a Business Plan for BME and access feasibility for implementation at GHIAL. Once business plan approved develop a case SPV, floating and RFP and implementation of the plan.

Airline Account Management: Act as the GHIAL SPOC for addressing the requirements & concerns from the Customers i.e. Domestic & International Airlines and other customers.
Ensure smooth airline start-up by apprising and supporting the airline with all the requirements/ Mandates from various Agencies/ Departments for smooth launch of operations.
Renewal, Upkeep and Documentation of various agreements between GHIAL & Customers/ Vendors viz. Airport charges agreements, Space Agreements, SLAs etc.)
Successful implementation of customer events such as new airline launches/new route launches/MOU Signing /Other departmental events.
Successful and timely closure of all invoices, procurements, payments, credit notes etc. as per SOP
Ensure closure of observations/ Action points from various means viz. Audits, survey feedback etc.
Customer Relationship Management. Ensuring Excellent Professional Relationship with all customers and stakeholders to achieve smooth working relationship and customer delight.
Airline Launch program management. 
Airline Agreements for airport charges.
